Your new home starts at $1195.00 per month, which includes heat and hot water. Hydro electricity is extra. Parking spaces are plentiful and offered at a rate of $25/month. Each building has laundry facilities on the ground floor, a security key to offer peace of mind, and intercom access. Processing the application requires a last month rent deposit of $1195, a credit history check, confirmation of income, previous landlord check and security check. All occupants over the age of 17 must complete the application but do not need to be lease-holders. We require all tenants to hold up-to-date rental insurance.
