Established and built in the 1950's, Village Millcraft has been an icon of clean, community living for over 60 years. Located in beautiful Ottawa East, Village Millcraft Apartments is a community of 271 apartments distributed throughout our 18 classic low-rise rental buildings, where our tenants experience a quite, clean and convenient park-like community setting. Our property management dedicates themselves to this small collection of buildings - located together on two streets - with diligence and care. Our small focus allows us to give Village Millcraft all of our attention and care. And it shows: we have on-site maintenance teams willing to quickly and efficiently address any issues, a 24-hour emergency line, professional management and courteous neighbours. We have begun total renovations in some of our suites to meet the growing need for sophisticated, condo-style living in Ottawa East: these renovated (refined) one and two bedroom suites sport luxurious baths, hardwood floors, ceramic tiling, modern appliances and gorgeous crown moulds. Our refined units are just one of the reasons we have a reputation for excellence and flexibility in property maintenance.

We deeply care about the security and privacy of our tenants: all of our buildings are accessible only by high security keys or by tenants using the intercom. 	Ottawa Crime Free Multi-Housing Program The Ottawa Crime Free Multi-Housing Program began in 1992 in Mesa, Arizona and was adopted in 1996 by the Ottawa Police Service.
